Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HR documentation, and employee support.
- Manage and coordinate operational HR processes such as time tracking, attendance administration, leave management, HR data maintenance, and collaboration with Payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
