Chubb is looking for an IT Support Analyst in Madrid to provide hands-on support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications. You will resolve incidents, configure hardware and software, and assist users to maintain a productive workplace.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in technical support, strong PC hardware knowledge, fluency in Spanish and English (C1). Mac OS or iOS and the CDS certification are a plus. We offer a broad benefits package and adaptable work options.
