Corporate attorneyThe legal and corporate attorney will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, governance, and ideally, insurance distribution matters. The role will act as a trusted business partner, supporting the company's strategic objectives through the provision of pragmatic, risk-based legal advice, while ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, insurance, and regulatory requirements. The adecuado candidate will combine strong expertise in corporate and commercial law with a solid understanding of the insurance sector, including insurance distribution frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance obligations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Head of Legal: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation. Provide practical legal advice in relation to contracting strategies, contractual risk management, and dispute avoidance. Promote a proactive legal culture and foster early engagement with Legal on strategic initiatives.

Draft minutes, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, corporate certificates, powers of attorney, and other governance documentation. Maintain corporate records and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements. Participate in strategic projects involving business expansion, operational transformation, governance enhancements, and regulatory change.

Insurance

Regulatory and Distribution Support (desirable):



Advise on insurance distribution activities and applicable regulatory requirements, including the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and related local implementing legislation. Provide legal advice on customer-facing processes, distribution arrangements, delegated service models, and outsourcing structures. RequirementsYou are professionally qualified in the legal sector.

You have between 2 and 4 years of experience in insurance/regulated sectors, corporate, consumer and commercial laws. You are fluent in Spanish and English; French as a plus.

Experience supporting multinational organizations and cross-border projects. The candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment, managing multiple stakeholders, and translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical solutions that support business growth and regulatory compliance.
