Lead, you will own the definition and execution of Marosa's product roadmap, working with senior leadership to translate market, regulatory and customer insight into priorities. You are grounded in the business and act as the connective link between customers and the organisation.

What You'll Do Own the Roadmap Own the definition and execution of Marosa's product roadmap, aligning development activity with strategy Understand market trends, regulatory change and the competitive landscape, and translate that insight into a roadmap Work with Marosa's tax and compliance experts to keep the roadmap ahead of regulatory deadlines Make the trade-off calls between speed, scope and long-term platform health Align the Business Bring priorities from Sales, Customer Success and Engineering together into a roadmap that reflects Marosa's strategy Coordinate release plans and go-to-market activities across teams Build a prioritisation framework the wider business can understand and trust Connect Customers with the Organisation Act as the link between customers, commercial teams and product/engineering Represent the voice of the customer in every roadmap decision Feed customer,
