We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FP&A; Manager with a strong focus on Cash Flow and strategic projects to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring the efficient management of cash flow across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to optimize financial performance and ensure accurate reporting and consolidation across multiple business units.

Job Requirements Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Group FP&A; function, with significant exposure to cash flow management and financial forecasting.

Business Partnering: Proven track record of effectively partnering with business leaders to drive performance and reporting at a group level.

Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.

BI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for data analysis and presentation.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.



Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and scenario analysis. CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.

Cash Flow Management: Lead cash flow forecasting and analysis, working closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow trends.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions based on cash flow and financial data.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and cash management decisions. Prepare and deliver clear and concise financial presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.

BI Tool Utilization: Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI to enhance reporting capabilities and data visualization for management teams. Continuously identify and implement improvements to cash flow processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with various internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve cash flow-related challenges. Lead and support strategic initiatives such as Long Term Planning, M&A; closely collaborating with senior management stakeholders and the Transformation team The organisation is multinational and composed of multiple product companies and legal entities, with diverse technology stacks, varied security maturity levels and evolving priorities as localisation and scale progress.
