Role Description The C4ISR Systems Integration Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Málaga Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this position, the engineer designs, integrates, and validates C4ISR systems, ensuring interoperability between sensors, communication networks, command systems, and related software. Daily responsibilities include developing system architectures, configuring and administering system components, performing integration and functional testing, and diagnosing complex technical issues.

The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to document requirements, prepare technical reports, and support field deployments and upgrades. The role also involves providing ongoing technical support, recommending improvements,



and ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Systems Engineering skills, including requirements analysis, system design, and integration for complex C4ISR or similar mission-critical systems.
- Candidates should possess hands-on System Administration and Technical Support skills, such as configuring servers, networks, and applications, and supporting users in operational environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in integrated systems.
- Candidates should possess Testing experience, including integration, validation, and performance testing, as well as developing test plans and documenting results.
- Relevant qualifications include a degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Beneficial skills include familiarity with C4ISR architectures and standards, IP networking, cybersecurity principles, scripting or automation tools, and working with defense or security sector customers.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities, along with a structured approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, are highly valued.
