Bratislava, Slovak Republic Austria (Remote) Prague, Czech Republic Full time We are seeking an experienced and dynamic change management professional to join our MEU Transformation & Strategy Team. As part of the MEU Transformation & Strategy Team, you are responsible for leading the change management agenda of strategic, transformational & cross functional projects throughout the entire change process. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies driving transformation in our organization by analyzing complex business changes and translating them into practical activities that ensure readiness and adoption.

Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication of projects Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization Define, design and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders and influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation 5+ years experience managing complex change, communication and training initiatives in a global corporate environment ~5+ years experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders ~ Good knowledge of change management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices ~ Training/instructional design experience ~ This role will report to the Regional Change Lead MEU and will work directly with Project Leads.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred, but not required. Change management certification preferred, but not required.
