Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services industry
• Resolve complex inquiries with precision and empathy, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
• Represent our premium clients by upholding their brand values and service excellence protocols




• Maintain detailed case documentation within the CRM to ensure seamless service continuity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related challenges
• Meet and exceed performance indicators tailored to individual and team targets
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices in Customer Support Services

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with our diverse international team
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a dedication to service excellence
• Must be willing to relocate to Sofia for this Arabic Speaking Customer Support Agent position in Bulgaria
