In this role, you'll

• Translate signed contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems.
• Prepare and validate billing data to support accurate invoicing cycles.
• Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes.
• Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.
• Ensure financial controls are maintained with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.




• Approximately 3–5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment.
• Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory – we provide learning support.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize under deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to process improvements.
