About the Role:
The Project Manager IV plays a critical leadership role in overseeing complex, high-impact projects from initiation through completion within the United States. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations. The role requires strategic planning, risk management,



and cross-functional collaboration to align project objectives with organizational goals. The Project Manager IV will lead diverse teams, manage resources effectively, and communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership. Ultimately, this role drives project success by fostering innovation, maintaining quality standards, and adapting to evolving business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in project management, including leading large and complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
