SENIOR FLAVOURIST | Sweet I’m working with a integral flavour house seeking a highly skilled Senior Flavourist with expertise in Sweet flavours to join their growing team.
Project Management: Manage the full flavour development process — from concept through to commercialisation — ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D;, marketing, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all flavours meet relevant local and international regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior flavourists and technical staff to build internal capabilities. Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (advanced qualifications are a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus. Flexible working hours & work-life balance initiatives
