We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Head of AI. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates comfortably at executive level, and has the ability to translate vision into execution.

Strategic Partnership

Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of AI on strategy, organizational priorities, and executive decision-making. Conduct strategic analyses to support investment decisions, business cases, and executive recommendations. Drive the operating rhythm of the AI organization, including leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and executive communications.

Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights. Build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Research, Legal, Security, Finance, HR, Corporate Strategy, and Business Units. Represent the AI organization in executive forums when appropriate.





Improve organizational processes, governance, and decision-making frameworks. Support annual planning, budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation. Drive continuous improvement across planning and execution disciplines.

Prepare executive presentations, board materials, strategic narratives, and communications for senior leadership. 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, technology leadership, corporate strategy, product management, investment banking, or similar strategic roles.

Experience operating within complex general technology organizations.

Experience in AI, machine learning, data platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise software. Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Strategy Director, GM, or Management Consultant (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent). MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
