About the Role
As an Inside Sales, Pricing & Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial success and profitability of DP World's Freight Forwarding business. Acting as the bridge between sales, pricing, procurement, and operations, you will lead a team responsible for developing competitive pricing strategies, supporting business development activities, and managing air and ocean freight procurement.
This role combines leadership, commercial acumen, and operational expertise. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure accurate and competitive customer proposals, strong supplier relationships, and effective procurement strategies that support both customer satisfaction and business growth.
You will be responsible for optimizing pricing and procurement performance, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring your team delivers high-quality support across the customer lifecycle.
How You Will Contribute
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales, Pricing, and Procurement professionals,



fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability, market competitiveness, and customer expectations.
• Oversee air and ocean freight procurement activities, including carrier negotiations, supplier management, and contract compliance.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to provide accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and market intelligence that support customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and make strategic pricing recommendations.
• Drive operational excellence by improving pricing, procurement, and sales support processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Prepare and present performance reports, procurement insights, and pricing analyses to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
