What you will do ~ Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, from reservation agreements to final registration ~ Draft and review deposit agreements, reservations, and purchase options ~ Conduct thorough due diligence: land registry checks, encumbrances, urban planning, community status, occupancy certificates, and energy performance certificates ~ Coordinate seamlessly with notaries, financial institutions, and legal/administrative partners ~ Manage tax settlements (ITP, AJD, capital gains, IRNR for non-residents) ~ Provide direct, high-touch service to both buyers and sellers, with a strong international client focusWhat we are looking for ~3+ years' experience as a notary officer, real estate paralegal,
