What you'll be doing:
Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for features within our products
Work with colleagues in the development team and other stake holders to understand and gather requirements as they arise
Transfer that understanding into well architected, scalable Golang coded solutions. This will be where most of your time will be spent.
Support the wider product team regarding software issues and questions that arise within the business and from customers




Work with the technical authoring team to aid their production of technical content
What will you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science or other related discipline
Extensive experience with a high-level language
Some of this experience should be in Golang, however an interest in Golang and experience with other programming languages such as C++, Python, Java is suitable.
Experience developing robust and scalable enterprise-grade code.
Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solutions to the wider team
Experience using software design patterns
Extensive experience in a software engineering environment is a plus
Familiarity with any of the below: Source control using Git; Jira for issue tracking; Make, Docker/k8s/Cloud Providers, SQL Databases
Continuous Integration technologies such as GitLab CI
