Role Description The Co-Founder / CTO for the AI Transformation Solution Start-up RCK Programme Methods is forming as a seperate product oriented business, the Co-Founder / CTO will lead the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of AI-driven products and services. This contract role, based in UK, Spain or any other location as we are focused on the right person not location as this is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for remote work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the AI technology roadmap, selecting and integrating appropriate data, AI, and cloud platforms, and overseeing end-to-end solution design and delivery.

The role involves working closely with advisory leaders and clients to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions,



guiding engineering teams, and ensuring product reliability, security, and performance. The Co-Founder / CTO will also contribute to go-to-market strategies, support technical sales conversations, and help shape the company’s technical culture and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to design, evaluate, and improve AI architectures, data models, and technical solutions.
- Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, advisory teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in sales and business development, with the ability to support technical pre-sales and client presentations.
- Knowledge of marketing in a technology or AI context, including positioning AI solutions and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Advanced research skills to stay current with AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and to evaluate new technologies for practical use.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and managing engineering or data science teams, ideally in startup or innovation environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, data engineering, cloud platforms, and software development best practices.
- Track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions that address real business problems and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in, with occasional travel for client or team meetings as needed.
