We are looking for a Technical Compliance Officer to support the delivery of compliant online sports and gaming products across the jurisdictions in which Super operates.

This role will work closely with the Technical Compliance Manager and focus on specific regulated markets. What the role involvesRegulatory DeliverySupport the delivery of regulatory requirements across assigned marketsWork with Product and Engineering teams to help ensure compliance requirements are implemented as specifiedAssist in tracking, documenting, and validating regulatory changes and deliverablesSupport internal and external regulatory audits by preparing evidence and documentationMarket & Regulatory SupportBuild a strong understanding of regulations for specific marketsSupport new market entry activities, including certifications, testing, and launch readinessAssist with horizon scanning and reviewing regulatory updates and sanctions in existing marketsSupport potential market decisions by reviewing the regulatory landscape and providing supporting documentationCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to clarify regulatory requirementsCommunicate regulatory needs clearly and effectively to technical stakeholdersEscalate risks, blockers,
