Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Retail Media Intelligence Manager to join our growing Retail Media team.
In this role, you will act as the intelligence and performance partner for the Retail Media business, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making. You will own reporting and analytical deliverables across Retail Media and serve as the team's subject matter expert on performance measurement, data quality, reporting, and business insights.
Working at the intersection of Retail Media, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing,



and Co-Marketing , you will help stakeholders understand performance, identify growth opportunities, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions. You will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that support supplier partnerships, campaign optimization, and Retail Media revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Own Retail Media Reporting & Data Delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed Retail Media reporting and data products.
- Own recurring business reporting and performance tracking processes.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests to support stakeholder and business needs.
- Partner with Analytics and Data teams to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability.
