What You'll Do
As a Practice Area Coordinator within BCG’s Operations Practice Area,
you will support the Global Projects Team and Practice Area leadership in running the day-to-day operations of the practice.
You will take end-to-end ownership of a range of administrative and operational processes, ensuring that activities are well coordinated, delivered on time and executed to a high standard. You will work across multiple stakeholders, processes and timelines and will be expected to bring structure, discipline and follow-through to the work you own.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing core business processes, including budget updates, year-end accounting, appeals and allocation processes
- Coordinating affiliation tracking and management, as well as supporting people survey analyses and related follow-up activities
- Coordinating the logistics for key global meetings and events, including Operations Leadership Team meetings, Worldwide Operations meetings and town halls
- Drafting and deploying internal Practice Area communications and maintaining the inter
