Manage and develop the IT function, fostering a high-performing team culture while ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Manage technology investments, budgets, vendors, and external partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
Provide strategic guidance on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, positioning IT as a key enabler of business performance and transformation.
Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles, such as CIO,



IT Director, or equivalent, within complex and multi-site organizations in the industry sector.
Strong track record leading technology transformation programs and aligning IT and OT strategy with business objectives.
Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP environments, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital initiatives.
