This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Operations Manager based in Spain. This is an opportunity to shape and scale deal operations within a growing, fully remote environment. You will own workflows that make commercial deals faster, clearer, and easier to execute across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. The role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Strategy, Systems, Customer Success, and Product teams. You will support complex deal construction, including multi-year, expansion, multi-product, ramped, and non-standard agreements. You will also help turn pricing, packaging, and new product decisions into practical processes and CPQ workflows. With a strong focus on data, quality, automation, and continuous improvement, your work will reduce downstream errors and rework. The role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to build scalable commercial processes in an international team.



n Accountabilities - Build and continuously improve the integral deal operations workflow, covering intake, routing, approval readiness, SLAs, escalation paths, and exception handling. - Own approval readiness within CPQ, including quote quality checks, required fields, approval context, discount rationale, and downstream handoff requirements. - Support Sales and Sales Leadership with the construction and design of new business, renewal, expansion, multi-year, ramped, multi-product, and non-standard deals. - Translate commercial strategies into approval-ready deal structures with clear value exchange, risk considerations, concession logic, billing terms, contract timing, and implementation assumptions. - Coordinate with Legal on non-standard terms, contract language, execution paths, risk ownership, and customer-requested changes.
- Partner with Finance to ensure revenue recognition, billing, payment terms, product lines, start dates, order forms, and approval evidence
