Position Overview

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a high-output Talent Acquisition Specialist to be located in our offices in Gava, Barcelona, to own full-cycle recruiting supporting our growing business in aerospace engineering, manufacturing, integration, and test operations. The position has responsibility for overseeing and coordinating recruitment activities for all open positions across Europe.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's recruitment needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle,



partnering with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and ensures an excellent candidate experience while maintaining recruitment systems and processes.

This role is dedicated and not only limited to hiring engineers, technicians, and other hands-on production and administrative talent critical to spacecraft build. It’s a plus for the adecuado candidate to understand manufacturing floor dynamics, and the urgency of scaling skilled labor in a fast-moving aerospace environment.

This is an execution-focused recruiting role reporting to HR Manager, requiring strong sourcing capability, hiring manager partnership, and operational discipline.
