About the Role
Within the CRM & Data team, you will act as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM Analytics,



serving as a key functional link between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Your role will focus on the evolution of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) across an international environment.
You will structure and challenge business needs, design functional solutions, and translate business requirements into effective CRM and analytics solutions supporting Sales, Marketing and Data teams.
You will contribute to both project delivery and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on CRM Analytics dashboards, reporting, data quality and business adoption.
