Role Description This full-time Cook role is an on-site position based in Villafranca de los Barros. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and proper presentation. Daily tasks include organizing the kitchen station, handling ingredients safely, following food safety and hygiene regulations, and managing cooking times to meet service demands.

The Cook will collaborate with kitchen team members, assist with inventory checks, and support menu planning as needed. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, minimizing food waste, and complying with all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes in a commercial or professional kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards,



and proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate clearly with colleagues, and follow instructions and kitchen protocols.
- Basic understanding of portion control, inventory practices, and cost awareness in a kitchen environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks safely.
- Prior experience as a cook, kitchen assistant, or similar role is preferred; formal culinary training is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, maintain a professional attitude, and support an inclusive and respectful workplace.
