As HR Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

Plan, coordinate, and lead regional HR technology projects simultaneously across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with integral strategy and local needs

Drive the implementation of target HR architecture and platform solutions, and lead integration with downstream systems

Manage Payroll and Time & Attendance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization across the region

Support and execute the development of a comprehensive HR IT architecture, aligned with business and HR objectives

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and operational excellence
