Hola y bienvenido/a a Sungrow We are looking for a proactive Contracts & Legal Advisor to support our business in Spain during a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will help our commercial and operational teams move forward with confidence by providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance. Curious? Let’s dive right in:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales, supply, service, procurement, confidentiality, and partnership contracts.
Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to Sales, Project Management, Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Identify contractual, commercial, and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
Support the full contract lifecycle, from template preparation and negotiations through execution, amendments, and contract administration.
Ensure contracts and internal processes align with applicable Spanish law, company policies, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with EMEA Legal colleagues and external counsel on complex legal matters, claims, disputes,
and corporate topics.
