Overview
In this role you help customers, suppliers and internal teams select and apply HVAC/R compressors, ensuring safe operation and compliant documentation. You will review test data, advise on system design, and support prototype testing and warranty cases. You collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management to improve processes and tools. Your work directly impacts reliability, safety and customer satisfaction in compressor applications.

ResponsabilidadesProvide technical support on compressor applications, operating limits, refrigerants, system design and installation guidanceAssist selection and validation of compressors and accessories using data, software and supplier docsReview customer test data to identify deviations,



risks or improvement opportunities in refrigeration circuitsSupport customers during prototype testing and commissioning phasesManage and follow up technical inquiries with factories and suppliersAssist warranty and claim processes by collecting data, coordinating analysis, and contributing to reports and recommendationsMaintain and update technical documentation, datasheets, guidelines, knowledge bases and selection toolsProvide technical input to Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Management as neededContribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes, response quality, and digital tools
Requisitos principalesTechnical education in refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar fieldExperience in HVAC/R systems, refrigeration circuits, compressors or technical customer support preferredKnowledge of compressor technologies (scroll, rotary, hermetic reciprocating, variable speed) is a plusUnderstanding of refrigerants and application conditions (CO2, R290, R32, R454C, others)Ability to read technical drawings, datasheets, wiring diagrams, application envelopes and performa
