Responsibilities

We are looking for an outstanding, Dutch and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural Customer Service team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dutch-speaking customer service professional with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to work in an international technology environment.

Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment.

This is a complex role, which means you need to be organized, communicative and able to interact with different stakeholders, including customers, logistics, manufacturing and service representatives. Your primary responsibility will be creating and processing sales quotes, but you will be expected to take appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote-to-delivery-to-payment process.

What will you be doing?

- Managing customer service and customer support requests, including order creation and tracking, repair and calibration requests,



product changes, exchanges and returns, end-to-end order status, and questions related to invoicing, contracts and lease management.
- Interfacing with a variety of different parties, including clients, sales teams, logistics, manufacturing and service technicians, to execute customer requests.
- Resolving problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.
- Determining and developing new or improved approaches to processes or tasks.
- Exercising sound planning and judgment when managing client requests.
- Effectively solving diverse customer challenges with professional problem-solving skills while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory); any additional European language, especially French, is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, customer support, order management or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a willingness to go “above and beyond.”
- Able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and establish strong working relationships.
- Good time management and organizational skills to maximize productivity.
- Detail- and process-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.
- Proactively resolve complex issues with the best interests of customers and Keysight in mind.
