We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within the restaurant industry and understand the challenges faced by restaurant owners, General Managers and operational teams.

German – Professional/Business Level French – Professional/Business Level You'll manage and develop a portfolio of restaurant clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from the platform while building trusted, long-term relationships.

Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, General Managers and key decision-makers Monitoring customer satisfaction,



product usage and account health Helping restaurants maximise product adoption and value Working closely with Product, Support, Sales and Operations teams 2–4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Retention or Commercial Account Management, or Restaurant Management/leadership experince.

A background in hospitality, particularly the restaurant industry, is highly desirable Experience with Hospitality Tech, Restaurant SaaS, Reservation/Booking Platforms, POS or Payments would be a major advantage Strong B2B relationship and account management experience Comfortable working with restaurant owners, managers and operational teams Professional-level German OR French is essential This is an excellent opportunity to combine your hospitality experience, commercial skills and passion for technology within a rapidly growing international Hospitality Tech environment. xugodme
