GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own end-to-end service for our high-precision sequencing instruments, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair. This hands-on role requires field execution and strong problem-solving to keep instruments running for labs worldwide.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will train distributor staff, prepare service documentation, and collaborate with sales, R&D; to improve reliability.
