Summary Of The Job
The Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+Concrete acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete.

key point of contact for Countries team for product and RMX process related questions
Main Activities / Responsibilities
Innovation and product design:
Participating to product vision elaboration as well a development priorisation
in charge of overseeing product features developments (incremental changes as well as bigger design changes)
Main point of contact with UX/UI team of the product to co-design product and features and validate changes
In the rollout process, for each new country, acting as product expert on existing features and possible configuration.
Requirements & Testing:
Capture business needs, "translate" them into specifications, share with Project and Scrum teams.
Organize and coordinate standalone and integrated testing.
Demo and support countries in driver app settings with local hardwares
Training & Go-Live:
Plan and support user training and onboarding.
Ensure countries are equipped for adoption and transition.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as key point of contact for RMX countries team on product and RMX process related questions
