You'll join first, help recruit your BDR team, and take ownership of creating the outbound playbooks, processes, cadences and methodology they work to.What you'll ownBuild, coach and develop a new outbound BDR teamCreate scalable outbound playbooks, cadences and messagingDefine ICPs, account prioritisation and prospecting strategyOwn outbound pipeline targets, conversion and performanceCoach BDRs across cold calling, outreach,



qualification and objection handlingWork closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOpsUse data to continually test and improve outbound performanceHelp establish a high-performance outbound culture across multiple European marketsWhat we're looking forYou need to really understand outbound.We're looking for someone who has personally succeeded as an outbound BDR/SDR before progressing into leadership. You'll understand what great prospecting looks like because you've actually done it yourself.You'll ideally bring:Strong B2B SaaS outbound/BDR experienceLeadership, coaching or team management experienceEvidence of strong personal and/or team target attainmentExperience building or improving outbound processes and playbooksStrong understanding of modern prospecting methodologies and toolingFluent EnglishFrench and/or Spanish would be a big advantage (but is not essential)Experience within hospitality, vertical SaaS or technology selli
