Overview
In this role you will lead and shape HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent in Edwards Lifesciences’ Spain operations. You will partner with site leadership and executive teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage a cross-functional HR team, and drive transformation across talent, succession planning, and organizational capability. You will work with COEs and Shared Services to design programs, analyze trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable impact for patients and colleagues. ResponsabilidadesLead a team of HR professionals to implement the HR strategy within budgets and in compliance with regulationsAct as a strategic HR partner with site/BU/region leadership or Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategyPlan and manage HR projects and activities with accountability for deliverablesDevelop robust talent development and succession plans aligned with growth strategiesLead or partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs for client groupsEvaluate and adapt HR programs to meet future workforce needs in collaboration with COEs or Shared ServicesProvide consulting to leadership on talent strategies to build organizational capabilities and engagementAnalyze trends and metrics to identify training or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs/Shared ServicesParticipate in talent interviews/selection and perform compensation analysis to support competitive offersMonitor and evaluate training and coaching programs for effectivenessMay lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or major HR initiativesAdhere to company rules, safety protocols, and regulatory requirementsOther incidental duties
