Overview
In this role you will shape and execute Ferrer’s public affairs strategy at a corporate level, focusing on rare diseases and high-value therapies. You will build trusted stakeholder relationships and align internal priorities with external policy opportunities to support patient access and sustainable healthcare. You’ll work cross-functionally to influence policy, contribute to advocacy campaigns, and advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape policy in Europe, the UK, and LATAM from Barcelona, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered innovation.

Requisitos principalesBachelor’s degree in Political Science, Law, Life Sciences, Public Health or related fieldMaster’s degree in Public Policy, Health Economics or similar is a plusMinimum 7 years of experience in public/gov
