With the right people and the right ideas, there’s no limit to what we can achieve
Sounds awesome, right? Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role:
You Will:
Build and refine components
for Index, our core design system. You'll create new components based on product team needs and improve existing ones to handle edge cases, accessibility requirements, and multi-brand applications.
Maintain and organize our Figma libraries , ensuring they're structured clearly, documented well, and easy for other designers to use. You'll keep things tidy as the system grows and evolves.
Create clear, useful documentation
that helps designers understand when and how to use components correctly.
Good documentation means fewer questions and more consistent implementation across teams.
Work with design tokens and Figma variables
to ensure the system supports theming, multi-brand needs, and maintainability at scale.
Help bridge Index and product-area extensions , ensuring patterns flow appropriately between the core system and the specialized libraries that build on it.
Partner with engineering
on design-to-code alignment when needed, helping ensure what's in Figma matches what gets built.
Work independently while staying connected
to the core team. You'll manage your own work, communicate proactively about progress and blockers, and stay aligned on priorities through async collaboration.
Maintain high craft standards
in everything you contribute. Design systems work is detail work—precision and consistency matter.
