Overview
In this role you lead integral value, access and pricing for Haematology indications, with a focus on PNH and HSCT-TMA. You drive a differentiated value proposition and cross-functional evidence generation to accelerate patient access. You shape lifecycle management and launch readiness, collaborating with country teams and senior leadership to navigate payer environments. This position offers strategic impact on rare disease access and global pricing decisions within a high-profile, cross-functional setting.

ResponsabilidadesLead cross-functional development of a differentiated value proposition for PNH and HSCT-TMA to influence payer decisionsIncorporate evidence-generation plans and real-world evidence into the value story and secure country input on plansSupport Haematology lifecycle management and align on market access potential, evidence requirements, and target product profileDevelop and implement global market access and pricing strategies with country-level execution supportIdentify and mitigate P&R; risks,

Requisitos principalesLeadership experience delivering market access, pricing and reimbursement in rare diseases or HaematologyAbility to translate science into a compelling payer value story for senior stakeholdersExperience with evidence-based value solutions and engagement with EU payers or US commercial customersGraduate degree or higher in a relevant field (PhD, PharmD, Biomedical Sciences, business, or economics)Knowledge of national/regional payer, insurer, and commercial customer expectations in strategic marketsMore than 6 years in drug development and/or commerci
