Job DescriptionThe Port Services team specializes in providing advanced equipment, software, andmaintenance solutions for the handling and lifting of port containers, optimizing operations inports across the country. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide technical support to Sales and Operations, by defining technical requirements and specifications to ensure successful project executionCollaborate with the general engineering department, adapting solutions to local needs while ensuring full compliance with client requirementsSupervise and coordinate own technicians and contractors, including training, verification of installations against specifications,



identification of defects, and management of punch lists to ensure full complianceTrack daily progress, prepare reports, and update schedules to meet deadlinesStay up to date with applicable regulations and standards related to the company's operations. Promote and drive a Total Quality cultureQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldAn International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification and/or a Master's degree in Industrial Design will be highly valuedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within engineering, metal fabrication, or a comparable industrial environmentAvailability to travel nationally and internationally as requiredLanguages:Spanish (native or fluent) and excellent command of English. Proficiency in a second foreign language will be considered an asset
