and go-to-market execution.Your MissionTurn Tendios’ proprietary procurement dataset into a scalable outbound growth engine that generates qualified pipeline and revenue.This role is not about sending cold emails.It is about building a signal-based opportunity activation system through the best messaging.ResponsibilitiesBuild and operate the outbound growth engineDesign a signal-driven outbound system based on procurement activityIdentify triggers such as tender publications, contract losses or supplier changesActivate high-intent accounts through automated workflowsOwn the outbound automation infrastructureManage outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Reply, Apollo, Clay)Build enrichment and data pipelinesManage scraping and external data sourcesManage email deliverability (domains, warming, inbox rotation)AI-driven personalizationBuild AI-powered personalization systemsGenerate contextual outreach based on procurement signalsExperiment with AI agents and automation workflowsMessaging and experimentationOwn outbound messaging and sequencesDevelop value propositions for different segmentsTest messaging, segmentation and outreach channelsContinuously
