ROLE PURPOSEWe are looking for an analytical and proactive Junior Account Manager to help grow our affiliate and performance marketing channels in Spain.You will manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, monitor campaign results and traffic quality, and identify opportunities to improve performance. You will also support partner integrations and work closely with Finance on budgets and monthly cost reconciliations. and ROI to improve campaign performance and flag potential traffic issuesSupport partner onboarding and coordinate tracking integrations, including API redirects and mobile measurement platformsMonitor campaign budgets, prepare monthly cost provisions, and reconcile partner commissions with the Finance teamAnalyze performance data using Excel and BI tools to spot trends and recommend improvementsCollaborate with Marketing, Product, Technical, Design, Legal, and Finance teams to launch and optimize campaignsKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSUnderstanding of affiliate or performance marketing and payout models such as CPL, CPA, CPC, and CPIStrong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data, budgets, and performance metricsAdvanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tablesAbility to manage several partners and priorities with attention to detailProactive mindset, ownership of day-to-day tasks, and eagerness to learnFluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
