As Salesforce plays a central role across several business functions, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to take ownership of the platform’s strategic evolution and lead the team responsible for its development.

The Salesforce Manager is accountable for the vision and roadmap, for how work flows into and out of the team, and for the performance and development of the people in it. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, connecting business needs with technology and turning a CRM platform into a genuine business enabler.

Main Responsibilities

Define and own the Salesforce strategy, vision and long-term roadmap in line with wider business and technology priorities

Assess the existing Salesforce environment and identify opportunities to improve processes,



automation, integrations and overall platform performance

Act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, translating business needs into clear and prioritised initiatives

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Salesforce team, creating clear ownership, accountability and opportunities for professional growth

Plan team structure and resources according to business demand, ensuring the function can scale effectively

Establish and maintain a structured process for capturing, analysing and prioritising Salesforce requirements

Manage stakeholder expectations across different business areas and ensure priorities remain aligned and transparent

Provide regular and proactive visibility to leadership regarding Salesforce performance, priorities, risks and upcoming initiatives

Oversee the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem, including areas such as Sales
