Overview
In this role, you serve as the technical lead for FCC catalyst applications at refinery sites in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. You will help optimize performance, run simulations, and advise on catalyst choices and operating strategies. You’ll own P&L; for assigned accounts and shape account strategies to grow BASF’s FCC business. You’ll collaborate closely with technical, R&D;, and commercial teams to deliver value and drive market share. This is a hands-on, customer-facing opportunity at scale with regional impact.
