In this role you lead the Marketing & Sales Platform teams within Verisure’s IT department, shaping best-in-class engineering teams and solutions. You will drive delivery across multi-country initiatives and manage key stakeholders to align with business priorities. You’ll foster team growth, optimize performance, and inject innovation to support general IT standards. ResponsabilidadesAct as principal owner of Marketing & Sales teams that build and operate marketing and sales toolsLead and develop high-performing teams (Product Owners, engineers, QA, etc.)Define objectives for teams and individuals; drive delivery, service operations,

Requisitos principalesComputer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelor's Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering)English level C1 or higher4-5+ years leading engineering and other IT teamsExperience developing IT roles such as Product Owner or Scrum MasterExperience managing stakeholders in multi-country contextsExperience managing C-level stakeholdersAgile teamwork experience with adaptability to changing business prioritiesBudget management and capacity managementProviders managementOrganized and methodicalProactive with autonomyStrong communication
