Manager (DLPM)'s role is to lead, inspire and develop a district team to support the LP strategy. Create and communicate district shrink and safety strategyPartner with District Manager to drive and deliver shrink and safety strategyEffectively manage district LP Key Performance Indicators, costs and budgetsDeputise for line manager as requiredDeploy local and functional strategies to prioritise safety and minimise shrinkKeeping People SafeHelp ensure a safe working environment for all our TJX associates and customers in partnership with business partnersLeading any Violence and Aggression responses where appropriateEffectively identify and manage technical and physical security issues promptly in partnership with the tech security teamManage CrimeAccountable for deploying resources across the district(s) to meet business needsAttend external meetings with local bids & councils to raise persistent issues and agree solutionsProvide clear and concise local / specialist knowledge to the relevant stakeholders to support the growth of the district, region,
