ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, managers, procurement teams, clinical leaders, and other key stakeholders across the Catalan healthcare system.Identify business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle, from needs assessment and solution design through to project closure.Support the successful implementation of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, user adoption, and adherence to agreed objectives.Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, drive cross-selling initiatives, and contribute to sustainable business growth.Develop strategic account plans and contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives across the region.Represent BD at relevant healthcare events, meetings, and professional forums within Catalonia.Preferred RequirementsUniversity degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or hospital services.Strong knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system,



including key organizations and healthcare institutions.Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities.Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, with a good command of English.Contract & SalaryThis role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or continuity thereafter.
