? Your missions?
• Lead complex IT transformation projects, including application modernization and infrastructure migration initiatives.
• Define project roadmaps, work plans, budgets, resources, milestones and delivery governance.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, quality indicators and delivery performance.
• Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologies depending on project requirements.
• Present project status, risks, challenges and proposed solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools and delivery practices.
✍️ Your profile?
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology or a related field,
or equivalent experience.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally in complex technology environments.
• Strong experience in application modernization, legacy application migration, infrastructure migration or cloud transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
• Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager in large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Knowledge of software architecture concepts, microservices, cloud-native environments or development frameworks.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.
