As Senior Legal Counsel Corporate & Finance, provide senior, pragmatic and business-focused legal counsel on complex corporate, governance, finance and strategic matters, enabling the organization to execute its strategy, protect value and manage legal and regulatory risk in accordance with applicable laws, internal policies and ethical standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Act as a trusted legal adviser to Finance, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Trade Sanctions Compliance, Corporate Communication, ESG and other relevant stakeholders, translating complex legal requirements into clear, practical and risk-based recommendations.
Advise on financing and treasury matters,



including credit facilities, debt and capital-markets transactions, guarantees, intercompany financing and insurance agreements.
Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and complex agreements.
Support compliance with applicable disclosure and financial-market requirements, including internal and external reporting, in close collaboration with relevant subject-matter experts and control functions.
Identify, assess and communicate material legal risks early; develop proportionate mitigation strategies that protect the organization while enabling timely business decisions.
Manage external counsel and other legal service providers, including scoping, selection, quality oversight, budget control and effective transfer of knowledge to internal teams.
