Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Protective Security IT projects across regions, aligning security needs with IT delivery. You will bridge Protective Security, IT, Procurement, and vendors to ensure compliant, on-time program outcomes. You’ll oversee general rollouts of security platforms like access control and CCTV, balancing security with operational needs and cost. The position combines deep domain expertise in physical security with senior project management to drive risk-aware, scalable solutions. This is a strategic delivery role with a meaningful impact on security operations and regulatory compliance across the company.

mobile credentials)Translate security needs into IT delivery while ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirementsOversee implementation of security systems (badge/mobile/biometric access, video surveillance, identity integrations)Establish and enforce project governance aligned with DDIT standards; manage risks and change controlAct as primary interface between Protective Security leadership, Business, and IT delivery teams; prepare executive updatesManage security vendors against contracts, drive performance, and partner with Procurement on SOWs and cost controlContribute to Protective Security IT roadmap and standardize delivery approaches across sites and regionsCapture lessons learned to improve delivery frameworks
