That is why we created the Finance Ascend Program, a two-year rotational development journey designed to prepare early-career professionals for future opportunities across Finance and Global Business Services (GBS). Through hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to key stakeholders, you will develop a broad understanding of Finance while strengthening the technical, analytical, and business partnering capabilities needed to contribute to impactful decision-making.
What the Program Looks Like
Over the course of 2 years, you will complete three rotations of approximately eight months each across different Finance disciplines. Depending on business needs, available opportunities, and individual development objectives, rotations may include areas such as:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Controllership / Accounting
- Finance Business Partnering
- Operations Finance
- General Business Services (GBS)
- Other relevant Finance functions

What You Will Do
