We are looking for someone to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience, driving the commercial development of the centre and strengthening our community.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and results-oriented person who can successfully combine customer service, sales, community management and the day-to-day operational coordination of the workspace.

REQUIREMENTS | WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?




- Vocational training or university degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong commercial mindset and service orientation, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships, identify business opportunities and deliver an exceptional experience to clients, members and visitors.
- High level of spoken and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Confident using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms and other management applications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the rest of the team.
