Overview
In this role you lead the Rare Diseases medical strategy for Iberia, aligning with integral objectives and integrating patient perspective across the product lifecycle. You partner with cross-functional teams to maximize access, clinical value, and patient impact, while managing a small team of MSLs and Medical Advisors. You will drive evidence generation, publication plans, and external insights to address unmet medical needs. The position offers an opportunity to shape strategy, transform engagement with stakeholders, and position Medical as a strategic partner within the organization.
